Transform Your OKRs into OKPs for Better Planning
The 'P' helps avoid a common pitfall with OKRs
Over the last few weeks, we hosted quarterly planning sessions with leaders and entrepreneurs in the Productive Flourishing community. After I shared some resources with some of my clients who weren’t in those sessions, it occurred to me that I could share them with premium subscribers, too.
I've taken the traditional OKR model and given it a practical twist: OKRs become OKPs—Objectives, Key Results, and Projects. This approach helps you avoid the common pitfall of confusing a project with a key result.
Premium subscribers will get access to a 9m video, mini-workbooks, and a worksheet to help update their quarterly OKR/OKPs. Even if you don’t use OKRs, you may find the distinctions between destinations, milestones, and projects useful.
