• Learn why we focus on the quarter and how that benefits you and your team.

• Learn how you can approach the framework from a top-down, bottom-up, or middle-in perspective.

• Learn how to bring your team into the conversation, get alignment on objectives and key results, and involve them in identifying the projects to move those objectives forward.

• And more.

You’ll leave the session with everything you need to turn your and your team’s quarterly objectives into an actionable quarterly plan.
